Cover Reveal: Truth and Other Lies (The Nine Worlds Rising #1) – Lyra Wolf

Hello!

Today I am delighted to be part of the Storytellers on Tour Cover Reveal Blitz for ‘Truth and Other Lies’ by Lyra Wolf.

Book Summary:

NOTHING IS TRICKIER THAN THE TRUTH.

All Loki the trickster god of Asgard wants is a quiet, peaceful life where he’s free to needle Balder, occasionally stir up the inter-realm porridge pot, and get Thor to dress in women’s garments (for all the best reasons).

Getting beset by sudden, painful, and terribly inconvenient visions of blood, ash, and death are definitely not on his to-do list. But, because of some small, ridiculous remnant of caring that refuses to be extinguished, Loki feels he must save Asgard…and that means warning Odin, his least favorite god (next to Thor).

But getting the gods to believe the boy who cried Fenrir is harder than it looks, and time is running out, not just for Asgard, but also for a mortal woman named Sigyn who may just hold the key to Loki’s future.

Loki is about to find out the hard way that the only thing crueler than truth are the lies behind it all.

Cover Reveal: The Ravyn’s Words (The Citadel 0.5) – Rowena Andrews

Hello!

So this is one of the most exciting (and terrifying) posts I’ve ever done on the blog or anywhere, but today I am delighted to reveal the cover for my novella – The Ravyn’s Words which is due for release on the 30th November. And I have to give a massive shoutout to Trudie Skies for giving me the courage to post this (I may have been hovering over the publish button for most of the day!)

Book Summary:

Fate belongs to the Gods. They Weave it. Sing it. Harvest it.

Ravyn was born between life and death, free of the weave of fate. She dreams of distant places and grand deeds far from the eyes of the Gods that she refuses to believe in.

Eleyn is thrice-sworn to the Gods, marked for death and cursed with the knowledge that the Gods are stirring and what that will mean for the world she will leave behind. Unless she can change things, and that means twisting the weave of fate.

But fate is a dangerous thing, especially when it is stolen from the Gods.

Cover Reveal: Not Cool – Europe. By Train. In a Heatwave – Jules Brown

Hello!

Today I am delighted to be helping with the Cover Reveal for Not Cool – Europe. By Train. In a Heatwave by Jules Brown which is being relaunched later this week on the 10th June.

Book Summary:

A laugh-out-loud train journey across Europe with a travel writer who should know better.

Inspired by the budget InterRail trips of his youth, veteran travel writer Jules Brown thought he’d try and visit 9 cities in 9 countries in 9 days. Sadly, that wasn’t his only mistake.

It soon turned into a hot and steamy adventure (no, steady on, not that kind) by rail across Europe, taking in Berlin, Prague, Vienna, Bratislava, Ljubljana, Zagreb, Liechtenstein, Zürich and Milan.

A tale of relaxing train rides to famous tourist destinations and guidebook sights? Not so much. All aboard for an offbeat travel adventure with a very funny writer seriously in danger of losing his cool.

Cover Reveal: The Stone God (Indulgence #1) – Erin Kellison

Hello!

Today I’m delighted to be helping with the Storytellers on Tour Cover Reveal for The Stone God by Erin Kellison, which is due for release May 24th 2021.

Book Summary:

Enter bestselling author Erin Kellison’s captivating new world of gods, monsters, passion, and games…

Terah Crane knows not to tempt the gods. A happy life—or at least an uncomplicated one—involves no gods at all. And since her loving grandfather bought her an Indulgence that exempts her from their service, she can focus on her other problems of being recently divorced, broke, and unemployed.

Seeking a fresh start, Terah packs everything she owns into her beat-up car and moves to her family’s empty country cottage—never mind that deadly firedrakes occasionally wander into the garden. When an unlikely flood carries a cracked pillar of stone from a nearby shrine right to Terah’s doorstep, it seems the gods demand her service after all.

The man trapped inside the monolith is still alive, and Terah’s reluctant task is to resurrect him, his godkiller of a sword—and his fury for vengeance.

The gods’ awesome powers are matched only by their careless, capricious whims—and vulnerable mortals are often the ones to suffer and die. Now, the gods are watching Terah, making her a pawn in their savage game. Her survival depends upon navigating a new world of peril and treachery, taking up a weapon, and making a fateful move of her own…
